Well, sorry that I haven't gotten an entry up sooner but I've been busier than a one legged man in an ass kicking contest this week. With semester break over and classes back in full swing, things have been a bit crazy.
Don't really know what to say... I did a little bit of updating the other day when I was taking a break from homework, but I didn't accomplish a whole lot. Just made a few brush ups on some pages. Oh yeah... this info is for Matthew. I had about 1000 total site views for December, a lot more than I expected. I'm picking up a total of about 30% of my traffic from your site. Figured I'd post that before I forgot again; I was going to mention it the other night but forgot.
As a whole my semester break was pretty good, spent a good portion of it just bumming with William. Why you ask? That's obvious... we were the only two bums who didn't have jobs or other obligations over break. Actually, William does technically have a job, but he is unable to fulfill the requirements of that job because his arm is in a cast. Also went out hellin' in the snow (when we had it) with Jason, Matthew, Bryan, William and Nathan a couple of times. That's some good entertainment, to all of those out there who have never been out playing in the mud and/or now with a truck. You really should try it... it gets the old adrenaline flowing for certain.
Played Magic quite a bit as well... spent several nights over at Mike's place with several people (William, Bloomer, Jake, Mike, William, Gary, and one night Andy and Daniel), burning the night away. As a matter of a fact, one morning myself and Jake arrived home right around 7am. I've gotten back into Magic recently... don't know why, but I've just been compelled to buy cards and play. Went down to the game preserve with Jake once and William and blew about 50 dollars that I really didn't have on cards. Oh well, when you're in debt from school as far as me, what's 50 bucks? Since my return, I've also been looking up cards and making new decklists for stuff I'm going to try. However, with the new release coming out soon things are going to be difficult... it's a set entirely comprised of creatures with annoying features. They are gonna be a real cramp in my style... morphing creatures are now going to have effects as they are flipped, and there are a few new abilities as well. Oh well... the antiques shall prevail for me in the end!
Aside from that it was just more of the usual folks like Andy (whom I had a good night of jamming with and hope to work with in the future on musical projects) Kobe, Nickler, and a bunch of others. Three weeks sure went by quickly... makes me look forward to summer break, that's for sure. It's only 4 more months...
Since I've been back nothing much has happened... lots of homework already, and it's cold. Not really anything else to report from the frozen tundra, so I guess with this I shall say adios amigos...
