| I was pretty busy this last week and weekend. I bought another rifle... picked up a used Marlin 336 in .30-30 for $180. Not the most powerful round out there, but it's cheap to shoot and fun as hell. The gun just fits me well, I love it already!!!! I've had it less than a week and I've already shot 60 rounds through it. Brent also cut me a custom elk leather sling for it, and I'm going to make a buckskin back holster for it one of these days. |

| I also quite a bit of fishing last week and this weekend. Went out and caught some perch last week, I think I caught about 10 in 3 days. This weekend was the good fishing though. Met up with Brent and LIttle John (who I hadn't seen in 10 years) and went crappie fishing. We caught 15 that morning and went back and got another 18 that evening. Brent had the catch of the day with his 7 pound northern though. I caught 11 crappies that day. |
