Well, it's been 10 days since I last updated the site.  Way too long, but I have a list of reasons I haven't updated.
1.  My computer has been sucking cold rubber donkey dong lately.  I was actually updating on the 25th, but the fucker locked up as I was saving the pages I was about to upload and I didn't have time to do them over again.  I swear this fucker has been locked up longer than it's been operational in the last 5 days.

2.  They've been having some problems with the routers on campus... I'd imagine it's probably some sort of gremlin infestation, you know the ones who plant C4 in assorted items just to make life miserable?  So the internet here has been in and out and slow as hell for about a week now.

3.  I've just been busy as hell... between mid term exams, assorted classwork, and trying to get other shit done I've been about as busy as a one legged man in an ass kicking contest, and doing about as well too.
Now, with that aside I feel that I can move on to what has been going on up here.

First off, it's been snowing a lot lately... I don't think there has been a day in the last 2 weeks when it hasn't snowed at least a little bit.  It's also been quite cold up until today...  we had about 3/4 of an inch on the ground, but it warmed up and melted today.  There was a very large snowman outside today, wish I would have had my camera.  Ah yes, next... my camera's fucked up...  I dropped it and it landed squaw on the bottom, which caused the battery springs to compress.  Now it's a little bitch and when you even bump the cock sucker it decides to shut off.  I'll have to try to get those springs stretched back out here sometime.

I got that new Marlin .30-30 rifle, but didn't wind up trading in the Winchester on it... nobody would give me a decent trade in on it.  It's a 4 month old rifle that cost me 300 and the best anyone would do on a trade was 150... fuck that!  I have gotten it to shoot a bit better, but it's still not up to my personal approval level yet.  I'm hoping that with some different loads it might tighten up it's grouping a bit, but I guess only time will tell.

Finally got my deer stand built yesterday...  took five 8 foot 2X4s, a 4 square foot slab of 3/4 inch plywood, a pound of 2 inch screws, and about 2 1/2 hours to build.  Brent assisted me in the construction, since he has all of the needed power tools, and prior knowledge... he's built several of these.  It actually turned out pretty damn good... 8 feet tall, sturdy enough to hold my fat ass, and fairly light, so it won't be hard to carry.

Other than that it's just been school... which sucks.  I'm thinking about dropping out.
