Yes Kim... I know I haven't updated for a while.  I'm really suprised anyone even noticed, actually.  From the look of my traffic counter I didn't think anyone aside from Matthew even read this garbage I call my life.

I've been really busy with homework lately; I'm beginning to spend quite a bit of time down in the CS lab working on assignments for that class.  I'm up to about 2 hours a week down there now and I expect the assignments will only get more complex.  I took a test in there Monday... we got them back today.  I had the 7th highest grade in a class of over 30 and it was a 62% (D-).  She slid the points down to adjust though, so I actually wound up with a C.  It was not an easy test... I didn't finish it, and I made a couple of really stupid mistakes.  Oh well, at least I passed it.  I think homework assignments are what really decide how well you do in that class, and so far I'm averaging 90% on the homework.  Hopefully I'll pull out with a B.

Been busy with my Calc and Lit classes too.  Fortunately the work level is tapering off in there.  Just have to get caught up with the Calc assignments before next Friday.  That stuff is very time consuming and I have a few assignments I need to get done.  I'm just glad he only checks them three or four times a semester.  I tend to put them off quite frequently.

On other notes... I pierced my hand with a safety pin last night.  It was cool until I hit it on my desk and tore it out; that sucked some serious shit.  Luckily, I got a picture before that happened... unfortunately it's a very shitty picture.  I've also picked up an addiction to sleeping pills in the course of the last few weeks.  It isn't cool, but it beats the fuck out of not sleeping.  I've also gotten some nasty callouses on my hand from playing so much bass... the frets are tearing the inside of my slide hand up.  Oh well, shit happens I guess.  Someday all my practice may pay off, but I doubt it.

Hmmm.... I think that's all for now.
Sticking pins through your flesh is cool.
Bow to Dave Wyndorf... kinda.
(You either get that one or you don't.)
