| Well, the major event I have to talk about is that I might be selling my Bronco within the week. Yep... some guy told me he's interested in it. He's looking for an engine to put into an old Mustang he has. I'm going to ask for $500 but if he offers me $400 it's gone. With that revelation in mindI took a few pictures of it that you can see on my Bronco page. |

| Other than that about the only thing I've done is gone to the gun shop yesterday... my check from working over Spring Break finally got here so I went and put another 50 bucks on it. Only $291 to go now so I'll be able to pick it up when my income tax check gets here. I can't believe I'm STILL waiting for that damned thing. Anyway, about the gun shop... it was kind of an interesting experience. Four really greasy thug looking characters came in and were playing with the guns like they were toys. You know the type... cocking and uncocking them as fast as they could, pointing them around without checking to see where people were, making little bang noises and such. Well, it was quite a tense situation to say the least because nobody knew if they had guns and were going to try to rob the place or something. In my opinion that's the stupidest place to rob in the entire county... the clerks are packing a pistol about 80% of the time and some of the customers carry too. I was the only other customer in the shop at the time. I noticed that each of the clerks went into the back (at different times) and when they came back they each had a pistol on thier belt. I guess they didn't care much for those bozos either. I was ready to bail over the counter at any time, fortunately things didn't happen like that and after more of thier foolishness they left without incident. It's senseless morons like those guys who give the rest of us gunowners a bad name. After that I went out and talked to Brent for a little while; I had to charge my Bronco's battery out at his place because it's a piece of shit and it'll go dead if you let it sit more than a couple weeks without starting the truck. I didn't do much today aside from homework, I have a test Monday and several things due over the course of the week. I talked to Alex a bit this afternoon and I guess he's going to wind up staying out in Washington permanently since he's so active in politics and such. We also talked about Megadeth... they might be breaking up permanently because Dave Mustaine has serious nerve damage in one of his arms. He might not ever be able to play guitar again, which would suck because he writes some really good shit from time to time. Well, that's it for this one. |
