Billy is this guy who hangs out with Carl quite a bit... he's hilarious and crazy as hell, quite a guy to be around. He used to do backflips off of stuff when he was in school, and I remember just this summer he walked through our fire just cause someone said he wouldn't. He's had some kickass trucks, like an old Chevy 4X4 with a SB 400, some huge ass mud tires, and a big ol' lift kit. He sold that big ass sunna'bitch to Bryan, and we named it the Canyonero. Bryan has long since sold it though... last I knew it was up on cinder blocks in a yard.
Billy is a settled down (kinda) married guy now. He lives right across the road from Nathan.
