Back when we were in high school Bryan's ride was a 1988 Dodge Dakota. It was a 2 wheel drive standard cab was red with
gray stripes, hence its nickname, The Cherry. It had a carburated 2.2L 4 cylinder with a 5 speed stick in it. Bryan dropped quite
a bit of money into this thing back in the day, there's a mod list below.
-Holley 2bbl 340cfm carburator
-2.25" exhaust split into dual 2" after the 18" glasspack
-American Racing Torq-Thrust Rims (15"X7") with BF Goodrich Radial T/As (225/70R15)
-Alpine CD deck, aftermarket 6X9s, and an MTX 12"sub powered by an MTX amp
-Blacklights installled in the cab
-Aftermarket 55w fog lights
The Cherry was actually a pretty nice little truck, but Bryan sold it after he bought his 1997 Dakota back in 2003.
