My Black/Blue Howler Deck

Well, this deck and it's name obviously came from the card Howling Mine. It's another card I've always wanted to design a deck around, and now
I finally did. Any of you who have played with me much know I love hand manipulation, and I've designed several cards around draw power and
discard. Well, this deck just takes the two of them and blends them as best as I could design. I like this deck, and it's fun to play, but I admit it
can be a little slow sometimes. However, once it gets rolling it's nasty and there's usually nothing an opponent can do to stop it.
