My Mono Blue Multiplayer / Prosperity Deck

I must say, this is one of the decks that I'm most proud of. That's not to say it's a great deck, because it's not especially effective most of the time.
It's great for all the memories of playing multiplayer games at Mike's place way back in the day. I build this deck to be incredibly defensive... it's a
sly deck. You just sit back and wait with all your bounce and counters, only doing something when you're attacked. Then, when you have plenty
of mana available... BAM! You throw out a Black Vice or two with Prosperity to mop up whoever is left in the game. All I can say is, anyone who's
played against this deck very much usually hates it. That is why I love this deck more than any other I've ever constructed.
