My 1991 Honda VLX Bobber
Well, after not having a bike for almost 5 years since I sold my Ascot I'd decided it was about time to get another.  I was wanting to pick up a
Harley 883 Sportster for my  next one, but I saw this VLX at the bike shop and I had ridden one before so I decided to go after it.  I picked it up for
$3000, which isn't a bad price. It's a 1991, but it only had 2469 miles on it and was in very nice condition.  A new Sportster is about $6000, and a
new VLX is $4900, so this was the best option economically.  I know I love having this thing, it rides nice, sounds good, and gets nearly 62mpg
on the highway.

As time has passed I kept modding it more and more, so just check the mod list below to get details of things I've added or changed on the bike.
In June of 2008 I used it for my first chop job, and made it into a Bobber.

Sadly, I needed cash to get the Ford finished, so I sold the VLX in July of 2009 to some kid from Watseka, and I haven't seen it around since.
